'As old as my eyes but younger than my teeth'

Dont like the way the poll options go down with age - should be an ascent to greater things, to enlightment, to wisdom.

;) It does set in about 40...........ish. Mmmmmmm........does'nt it ?

What ? Deterioration. :damn:

And the 'Reaper' - well hes round the corner.........at any age.

Let the trumpets warn,
These Romans shall die,

How about the election of the Official SubSim Junior/Senior or Benjamin/OldGoat ? :D

Bellman
08-31-05, 03:04 AM
:rotfl:

I prefer moose to old goat - they've got mean antlers, under the velvet, and can often see off a wolf pack.

Mind you they dont get much access to the mares/moosesses
Who cares - give me a good bottle of brandy instead anyday.

:rotfl:

Much prefer brandy to a Moosess anyway............

PS. Urgent appeal to those of a Canadian 'bent' who 'know' all about "Moosesses - whats a female moose called - mare ?

Why be sorry?? It's next to impossible to tell someone's age on a forum. I've personally tried to guess some people's ages here and have been wrong almost every single time.

 You just cant tell - someone claims say 18 ? Someone claims to be 'an old moose' ? Who really knows ?
Photo - is that the claimed person ?

Purely for gameing purposes and strictly within that framework it may be a legitamate tactic to employ age
- one way or another to get opponents into a particular mindset.

I'm not beeing Machiavellian here it is just part of the psychology of competition.

It is instructive to play 'Diplomacy' on the internet both in shattering illusions and getting some insight
into the psychology of warfare.

Sometimes you can find out someone's age by their online behaviour. That is, the way they write, the things they say, etc. But in the subsimming community that can be truly hard. Seeing me write here, you would say that I'm +30 or 40. :D

You poor old man. I have a daughter two years younger than your fiancee, and if the girl I was fooling around with while I was in the navy had gotten pregnant, I could have a kid three years older than you.

I'm 55.

And still play rock 'n' roll.

And still get my kicks on Route 66...on a motorcycle.

Well Im in the bottom % too. Coming up 43.

Anyway nothing wrong with being an old moose Fish, a very majestic animal in its proper enviroment. A true survivor of mother nature who lives a very hard life. :yep:

Very un-majestic, however, when out of it - like on a highway. :damn: A few very serious auto accidents in my part of the world each year due to moose. I hear Newfoundland is even worse.

Sooo... if you get a special 'moose' avatar will you change your user name to Moosefish? :-j
