I'm in U-49, VIIC, 1st Flotilla, Summer 1940. Sailed out of Wilhemshaven a week ago on my 9th patrol, and I got a series of radio messages from BDU telling me the base is relocated to Brest. Which isn't labelled on the map. Oh well. I know where it is anyway.

U-49 used to be a VIIB, but I upgraded. I was previously in U-3, a Type IIA which I upgraded to a Type IID, which kept the U-3 number.

U-69 VIIB out of Keil. Just been notified of transfer to St. Nazaire so will be returning there at the end of this patrol.

U-151, Type IXC, Lorient, Summer '41. Completed 3 Wolves at War patrols so far in this boat. IRL, U-151 was a Type IID which did three or four war patrols and was then relegated to training duties.

I've also got a "training campaign" going using U-66, also a IXC.
