Reinstalling? Don't you think that's a little drastic?

Well, i was thinking of a corrupted files .... because i was having in the same time a noise problem. Like a kind of trumphet noise just after the INITIALYZING black screen ....
Plus, i have added so many tweaked files and mods .... so a fresh install woudn't hurt.
But the problem is still present after reinstall ( the noise problem is gone ...)
The noise problem sounds like the subnet bug. The presence of sub nets nearby will cause that noise.
The camera problem goes away the next time you load.
Just don't let it go so far it that it crashes the game.

Are you telling me to disconnect my NIC ??
About camera, yes, after eloading, it is gone, but like a plegue, after a rotation starting me ship to the last one and agin mine ... then, bug again ...

No, not subnet mask, sub nets as in underwater nets designed to stop submarines, part of the harbor defenses. Starting or loading a save when one is nearby is what is causing that noise. If you actually ran your sub into one you'd hear the same thing. Betcha didn't reload all your mods... Jiri/Nicos tweaks iirc.
As for the camera, i've found that it's usually caused by moving the camera around too much when viewing an object. If you refrain from using the zoom and especially the sideways movement you'll reduce or eliminate it.

For the subnets, you are right. I just next to one.
Concerning the "out of bound" camera error, it occur simply by pressing the assign key ... not even talking about moving the mouse .
Furthermore, the screen is like "laying on a side" ...
