a few of them would still be here today if the Russian Govt. accepted help from foriegn companies

And almost lost seven more. This time at least they quickly accepted help. Good thing, without it those would have been seven dead submariners.

Russia has also just ordered two of the Zodiac subs that the UK used to save them. Guess they learned the hard way...

My crew had a 1 minute salute on deck......
May the brave souls rest in peace and may God protect any submarine crew from having something like that happen.
