Again asking for help with the water in this game

I've never been able to figure out what makes the water in this game act like Jell-O if you move the camera around at all.
I know its not normal because ive seen videos posted of other people seeing the same thing
But I've lost all hope fixing this old game at this point I've even tried tinkering with the scene.Dat file myself :k_confused:
Is it just a problem with having an Nvidia card or something?
Any help I may have not heard before would be appreciated

If you have SH4 v1.5 (with U-Boats), then make certain on the Main Menu - Graphics Options that you have v-sync ticked 'off', the box empty. 'Modern' computers do not like that.
