He was a big name in international Chess.

Most people recognize him from a famous chess tournament in 1972 between Spassky and Fisher.

Checkmate! I studied his moves for years; playing out the Fisher/Spassky games on my own boards to gain insight and killer patience in my own games. My nephews: ("you're ruthless Uncle Vince") won't play me any more.... :wah:
