The IIA (disabled), IID (disabled), VIIC/41 (enabled but no slot), VIIC/42 (enabled but no slot), and XXI (disabled) don't have deckgun crew slots avaliable or a crew slot to be placed into them. How do I enable these slots or edit for there to be a crew slot to be placed there
