Base: Fremantle
According to Silent Hunter WIKI, the Balao class sub is available on 1,9,43 in Fremantle. When is the Balao class sub available? Currently in the Tambor Class (USS 198)

The Balao in real life was "Commissioned" on 4th Feb 1943 on the east coast of the US. She then had to be fitted-out, shakedown cruises, for training, etc., so didn't arrive in Brisbane Australia until August of 1943, with others of the class following behind, and Pearl and Fremantle not getting any until in September 1943. In the Stock game, they have the boat arriving and available in Fremantle 1st August 1943... However, there is no career start until 15th January, 1944, and then only at Pearl. So you either start at Pearl on that date, and then transfer to Fremantle, or you start in 1943 in a Tambor or Gar, and hope for an upgrade to the Balao... not easy to do. Some of the major mods make it a bit easy to get into one...

Run JSGME, click on the blue "Tasks..." in the middle of the app's window, and choose "Exported activated mods list to..." then choose "Clipboard" and Ctrl-V to paste it into your next post, or use "Text file" to copy and paste it later. That will show your install path and mods you are using. There might be a clue there. :salute:

It looks like you are using the regular Ducimus TMO mod. Do you know if that is correct? Also, I cannot find the "AlliedShipsTMO" and "ShipsforTMO" mods. Are those Bubblehead1980's mods for his version of TMO? After activating your mods, did you empty the Save folder (C:\Users \UserName \Documents \SH4) to clear the old data, which then allows the modded data to be used by the game? :salute:
