Does anyone know what files control the ai difficulties the recruit, expert, veteran stuff. I'm trying to change the values of the player gun to coinscide with veteran/expert accuracy

Maybe change the tolerance for Sub Guns in the sim file.
Travel and Elevation are around .5 to .75 degrees for Player Guns.
Ships and other Guns have a 1.0 or so degrees.
Set the Sub Guns to say .05
You might edit the Crew config file in a saved Career also.
Give them experence and Qualifications on the Guns.
Best I can offer at the moment as there is NOTHING showing in the exe nor act files.

I tried changing both trav_tolerance and elev_tolerance and they both didn't look like they made a difference in shooting. Unless you mean the ones under obj_turret
