Constant freezing in loaded saved games, windows 10

Hi, after much suffering, i manager to make a partition with win10 and run the game, could not do it in win11.

PRoblem is, i cant play normally, for hours, a new game, but when i finish a patrol for example, and close the game, and the return and load a save, the game loads, but after a few seconds, it freezes.

Please help me.
