I gave my Chief Engineer the German Cross as the next step beyond the Iron Cross First Class after the last patrol (which was highly successful), and now I'm halfway through the next patrol and he does not fatigue, I mean zero. The other officers fatigue as normal, so wow! Just something I haven't come across in a lot of careers. I can't remember giving out the GC before. Merry Christmas and Happy Hunting to all!

Yeah, last time someone brought this up it was speculated that the cross is made of special nutritious stuff, probably chocolate.



i understand that the fatigue model is a bit strange because the game is designed to be played as a set of short pre-planned scenarios with the boat continuously at "action stations" and the campaign mode is a bit of an afterthought.


It is my belief that Elon is a great fan of the game and so SpaceX employees are made to work at 64X speed all the time so they feel no fatigue.

well, I disabled fatigue, because I am Uboat commander and babysitting of my crew should be done by my officers. I have more important things to do.
