I like the Citroen DS21. What odd likes do you have that no one understands?

Oh yeah! Good one! I like Simcas, too. These days, not many people have even heard of them.

I'd also take a Lancia Scorpion.

I have a Citroën Xantia, it is like a DS on steroids but not quite as pretty. I call it "Hydra" for the hydractive suspension (also for every defect I repair two new ones show up). Due to her(!) complexity and requirements it is more a love/hate relationship.
My wife hates it, but then she has a Bmw 😆

Ro 80.

Its very strange. I like it because I dont like it. Does that make sense for anyone?

Bagpipes.

And celestial navigation.

And slide rules.

A lot of stuff, really.

Nice looking car! Another Citroen I liked was the SM, with the Maserati engine.

An NSU! I haven't even thought of NSU in years. Last time was probably in the 1970s, LOL! The Ro 80 was a nice looking car.

I like all those things, too.

I became interested in celestial navigation in the military. We had a sextant amongst all the various gear that we had, for some reason. I never saw anyone actually use it, but it made me curious.

But I think that you and I belong to a dwindling minority, LOL! :haha:

I love the Northumbrian bagpipes - also I like a lot of stuff too - also my lovely old VW Beetle FPC162J, which got wrecked by my wife in a crash in 1987. I still dream about that car

English owning a VW KdF car, almost like germans owning a Spitfire lol. I had 2, a 1500 and a MkIII 1300. I also bought a TR Herald which i loved, but it was a chore in winter and snow.
A friend has a Ro 80, the Wankel engine sounds like a turbine, and with the improved oil seals it is also dependable.. @Gerald at the time you probably *needed* two of them ;)
@Oubaas i do not think the Xantia is 'pretty', rather boring with Bertone's design idea to make it as smooth as possible. The 'Break' version is ok but.. compared to the CX or DS the design is.. boring.
4 or so years ago we won a vintage car rallye in a SM, overall and speed-wise. Not my car but i helped to restore it. Needs a lot of maintenance..

He didn't own it - but my dad had a Beetle to drive around in when he served in the Control Commission in Germany 1945

I love to eat baby plum tomatoes with buttered toast. It may sound strange but when you take a big bite of toast then pop in the tomato, it releases an unexpectedly very creamy taste :)

Peanut butter and pickle sandwiches. (Mind you: only the sweet 'bread and butter' pickles.)

And tomato gravy. A rare southern U.S. breakfast dish.

My first thought was-Is he pregnant !? I presume he is a man
'cause women who's pregnant can have some weird strange taste

My wife's fancy during her second pregnancy was tinned tomatoes.

:har: I do get that question sometimes. Which is funny, because I am clearly a man.

Peanut butter and pickle sandwiches should be made with dill pickles, preferably Clausens. Bread and butter pickles are too sweet.

Peanut butter and pickle sandwiches are good!

I also like sardine, onion, and cheese sandwiches with mustard.

And braunschweiger. With onion, cheese, and mustard as well.

Life is too short to eat boring, predictable sandwiches. Dare to different.
