How can you if the West is split, devided, and endlessly refuses to beef its anti-Russian defences? As to be seen in the Turkish delay and Hungarian still blockade of Sweden? Why are such "allies" even tolerated in NATO? They are a risk. And then the insufficient defence spending in Europe?
