I’m going to start playing SH3. The last time I tried playing SH3 was when Grey Wolves first came out. That was long before any Wide Screen or a bunch of other mods.
I believe is was in late 2006 or early 2007.
Wow! 16 years or so ago.
After seeing Wolfpack’s videos I learned two things.
1. The game looked great modded up .....and.....
B. He played a campaign from 1939 to almost the end of the war.
This led to a huge realization.
With correct management of mods you could have a pretty and more importantly,,, STABLE game.
Two things I can’t find in SH4, No matter which “Super Mod” I try.
So I’m jumping back into the pool of SH3. "Water Wings" on? ..........CHECK!!!
I have the game installed and everything seems to work (so far). Even the HSIE “Wolfpack”..
I know….Right?
I should go buy a lottery ticket.
This is a question about the “no map contact” update.
With "no map contact" turned on will the positions of vessels / convoys spotted or reported to BDU show up on my map?
I don’t mean ships in the visible 3d world. I’m talking about contacts that could be hundreds of miles away.
FYI fun fact. The name I chose for the commander of my submarine is Werner Lott.
You might enjoy the humor in that.
