I could not believe it when I watched it. And how is it in the US, many commentators are from the US and sound alarming as well.

Comparing demands for expropriation - thats what it is - are growing in Germany, too, also EU-wide. So far its only about housing, and land for windmills. But this communist desease spreads, at an alarming rate.

Okay, its Anthony Chaffee, but its absolutely not health and diet related, but is about politcally legitimated plundering of private property.

I think many people still do not realise how life-threatenind deep left, socialist, communist ideological agendas have been driven with all force deep into social system, the education system, and deep deep into political institutions, and this unholy malicous spirit also has infested the legal system, both by words and attitude of those practicing the law, eroding the democratic order and the rule of rights, and liberty in itself. Its going on like this now since fifty, sixty years, and already a while ago has started to ally with big corporate interest, which according to Mussolini is the definition of fascism: the union of administrative government policy and corporate interest. Strange bed fellows make for some really strange babies, like I just wrote in the health thread, the union of the Adventist chuch of veganism, and Coca Cola.

Its all screwed up by now. The bluprint has been described and warned of already many decades ago, by Alfred Hayek, the title is "The Road to Serfdom", and what we see in the world today exactly is what he has predicted to come. He did not liked it, he warned of it.

We still do not listen, but bow to our feudal masters and allow to get fooled by meaningless political rites and rituals that only are a way to distract the people and prevent them this way from seriously resting their subjugation.


As I repeatedly argued in the past, and I stick to it: there is no real difference between fascism and communism, the difference between political left and right is only an illusion. Hitler knew (and said) it. Stalin knew it. Mussolini knew and said it. (I say it too, but dont draw false conclusions on my person from that... :O: )

I think we see this pattern in most western democracies. When a left leaning progressive party comes to power they almost always begin an attempt to take away the rights of citizens. And they do what the video shows. The latest example of this is the Trudeau government's carbon tax. Canadian tax payers are being taxed because China and India are polluting like drunken sailors. Trudeau is now getting booed when he appears in public. Even his wife had enough of him. He can't be gone soon enough.

We don’t truly own the land, cars, or homes here either, stop paying taxes and watch it all get seized by the true owners and they sell it to someone else.

I think that applies to the US as well, although I have no idea of Australian law differences from US law, which is of a liberal democracy type.

Just like auto seatbelt and SMOG laws. Hated, but the result was fewer deaths and cleaner air. Just because China is closer to a scorched earth approach doesn't mean the west has to keep ahead in the scorched earth race. The alternative resources are needed in our future, and we should get there first.

The issue in the video last but not least is that his friend has her land getting stolen from her, and hergetting plundered.

Btw., I saw in the GDR where it leads when you stop allowing property. When everything is owned "by everybody" and the common good, nobody feels responsible for anything anymore, and nobody invest money and effort to maintain anything. The things start to rot, and nobody cares.



Also note that not the common good benefits from stealing her land, but oil and gas companies. She gets also no compensation for the generations of her familys work invested into the land.



This is robbery and plundering of "the peasants."

That sounds 'pie in the sky' wonderful but doesn't apply in this case. We have had sin taxes for a long time and that is what this carbon tax is. It punishes the citizens and raises money for the government. What is the immediate and long term benefit from this carbon tax? Who would know? I don't that is for sure but what I do know is that somebody, somewhere in this carbon tax scheme is going to make a lot of money. And people like me, a senior on a fixed income will be poorer and see no benefit from it. And I, like most people I know want a better and cleaner world. Taxing our way there is a fools game.

Western nations did not eliminate scorched earth policies. We have only exported it to other countries where they scorch the earth for us with slave labor mining and drilling for our needs.
