The video made me recall some episode from Through the Wormhole with Morgan Freeman.

One of them was, if I remember correctly, called Is Reality Real ?.

Been years since I saw these episodes about reality. However I seem to recall some similar content from your video clip.

By the way he has an almost 3 hours video on YT.
