"A thorough examination of a WWII submarine. Our creation is a generalized model taken from Gato and Balao class boats."

This is a great animated video showing in general the inner workings of an American submarine. This was produced by two hep cats named O'Neal; there must be a relation! :yeah:

What a fabulous video!!!:Kaleun_Salute: especially for an ignorant idiot like me who has had a copy of https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51YXZ7F1WiL._AC_UF1000,1000_QL80_.jpg glaring at me for years from my mancave game shelf, out of fear of playing it. Moreover I often visit the USS Pampanito (Baleo Class)on Fisrman's Wharf in San Francisco https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/e/ec/USS_Pampanito_SS-383_-_San_Francisco_%2816393023466%29.jpg/2560px-USS_Pampanito_SS-383_-_San_Francisco_%2816393023466%29.jpg and now will know so much better what exactly I am looking at in the future!:yeah::arrgh!::Kaleun_Cheers:https://maritime.org/tour/img/pamptour.jpg Every SHIV player should look at your work and you should also transfer it to the "Share Your Favorite Naval Pictures and Videos!" thread for wider effect imho. Which i just did :yep:

It is a very interesting representation of the submarine especially the way it gives you an almost visceral understanding for where everything is located and how all the systems are interconnected. It made me appreciate more than ever before how these magnificent submarines were engineered.
