Doctors Appointment in local surgery at 11:40 today having a lateral flow test
I have had this bad chest cold for seven weeks and the novelty as worn off. Been taking two flu plus tablets and two paracetamol every four to hours and its just tickling it.
Had chest colds in the past using the treatment above you are sorted within four to seven days this Bugger's totally different gravy
need something stronger to shift it.

Hoping the Doc can help.

Update didn't have flow test doctors don't do em but i was told yesterday i would have one on Friday today at the doctors Tuesday week having a blood test then a chest X-rey in Darlington
Have also been given Antibiotics hope they shift it.

Sounds like a chest infection - antibiotics will sort it. I had one some years back and didn't get it seen to as there were other more worrying health issues at hand. "If it's an infection it'll go away on its own in time" I said - well it did but it left me with some lung scarring and late-onset asthma. "I kept telling you to go" she says, helpfully

You've been to your GP so you did the right thing
