Help - I can't send emails!

All my emails are stuck in the outbox this afternoon (outlook AND gmail)

I don't have a smart phones so cannot use that avenue

This is happening to ALL sizes of message, with and without attachments

Simple solution which I can follow steps by step, please - I just can't find anyone online who can do this simply

What happened?
Usually it's the other way round when your post box is full an you do not get mails anymore :hmmm:
