My 82 years old Mom was a big fan of her. She especially loved her in this Murder she wrote.

My Mom had some kind of ritual-Fresh made coffee and a homemade cake to enjoy while watching an episode of Murder she wrote.
(some days she skipped the cake)

My wife calls her and the other lady super sleuth characters the Angels of Death. What do you do if you see Angela Lansbury show up in your town? Run for the hills because someone is about to be brutally murdered!
Like buying property in Causton, Midsomer. Given the weekly butchery its just not a smart idea! :03:

She was quite the hottie back in the 40's. A lot of time she played the female heavy and pulled it off nicely.

They did show those when I was growing up in the 90s.
Loved it.

Positively evil in The Manchurian Candidate.
