Course of action: torpedo wake spotted

I'm about wrap up my feedback to the devs. One question to other players: what would be you normal reaction to the alert "torpedo wake spotted"?

It would depend on the information given to the player.

If all I hear is "torpedo wake! Bearing XXX" with no other info, I would try to get eyes on it and determine its target. Maneuvering without any extra info could possibly put me in a tactical disadvantage, with the worst case of me turning into the torpedo if I don't even know what direction it's heading.
I'd assume that a lookout would include some bit of info in the call that tells the captain if the destroyer is the intended target or not, so hearing "Incoming torpedo, bearing XXX" tells me I'm the target and it's rough direction of travel based on my own course.

So far I haven't heard any callouts for torpedo wakes. All I get is "periscope feather", which I can't actually see myself from the lookout station, and moments later the thud of an explosion on a convoy ship.

Ok, I have had several callouts of torpedo wakes, it is never said if they are directed to us or not.

I have also had several callouts but I belive the AI sub ignore the warships and head directly for the convoy. I have not seen any of my escorts or myself being targeted by a sub so far. So I choose option 1 :yeah:

I have seen a sub run for his life after several close DC attacks -- away from the convoy; surface and then I destroyed him with gun fire.
