Adjust depiction of date & time

is there a way to adjust the depiction of date & time?
Would like to have it like this:
dd.mm.YYYY, hh:mm

Not as far as I know, but I will check.

Ok, I can but I can't. There is a setting for that but it affects every member the same. I cannot find an individual setting, sorry.
