What size is your monitor? Bigger then 1920x1080 I'd say?

yeah, 2560 × 1440

Not aware of any mod release for a monitor of that size as of this time.
So your getting streaching.

On your mod list? I'd remove the merged campaign.
No need to have the black sea or indian ocean unless your playing there.
And those can be loaded later.

i tried to run this game at 1024 × 768, looks the same as i showed.

OneAlex mod has the 1920x1080 built in. Try that resolution.

you might need to set your monitor to run that also if it will.

Another Option you could try.

tried it also
no result

it would be actually strange if resolution changes UI

Nope.

It was designed for a max of 1024x786 so streatching to a larger size?
The graphics components, images and page layouts, will be out of place.
Thus the 1920x1080 mods resize some images and re do the page layouts to look correct.

Have you right clicked on the SH3.exe and changed the settings?
Here's what it should look like.

What does Disable display scaling on high DPI do?
This option was previously known as “Disable display scaling on high DPI settings”, and it does the same thing. System: Windows will use its normal behavior. Applications that don't respect system DPI settings will be “bitmap stretched” to appear larger so they're more easily readable, but will often appear blurry.

Yeah, i have similar settings except of DPI. I am using windows 10.
My settings:

I tried running this game in 1920x1080 while setting my monitor to the same resolution and it had 0 effect.

I see there are some other mods that include GWX, like onealex's mod
Maybe i should try my luck with them, as it is unlikely that i will fix my current problem.

Or what mods can you recommend that will include latest GWX?

You probably need to tick that "Disable full-screen optimizations" on the main Properties page, and then tick the "Override high DPI scaling behavior..." on the upper window, and set it to "Application" in the drop-down box NST7.

GWX has a GUI, the different WS mods have their own GUIs, Onealex's mod has its own GUI, as does Anvar1061's GWR2020. Most mods do alter the interface. Some GUIs are 1024x768, 1920x1080, 1355x768, etc. In the case of your display screen you are at double what the 1920x1080 is, which is a 16:9 ratio. 1024x768 is 5:4, hence the stretch distortion you see, as Jeff-Groves noted.
