Mission bug Regarding enemy shipping

Can anyone help me? ive gotten the objective to sink enemy shipping and ive sunken two ships already and the objective doesnt seem to be completing anytime soon is there any solution or fixes to this? i dont really want to redo the whole patrol since ive sunken hiryu prior to the battle of coral sea and she's the trophy of the patrol

Where installed.

Pasting your JSGME mods activated list. Can do that by opening jsgme, clicking "Tasks" located dead center of jsgme... selecting export to from pop up menu... & selecting to clipboard.

That will allow you to paste it, in your reply there, in the MAIN thread for FotRSU.

What base you are home ported at, what sub... what's the current date/time of the patrol. What area are you patrolling around in at that time.



The more info the mod makers have... the better... for them, to answer your... inquery.

It matters little as to the mod in this regard, but do remember there is a difference between FOTRS (Fall of the Rising Sun) and FotRSU (Fall of the Rising Sun Ultimate). FOTRS is the original from the AOTD_MadMax team, and FotRSU combines all of that team's mods into one, and then adds to it.

Most of those "sink" missions are tonnage-based, and most are set at 5,000 tons (2+ ships usually). Depending upon the wording, it might be "enemy shipping", which is any ship, "enemy merchant shipping", which is merchants only, and you might sink a carrier, and it won't count for this objective, or you might have "warship tonnage", in which case, only the warships count. Some of these objectives are set to 10,000 tons though, so you sometimes have to sink five or more ships to reach that... That type of mission is not to be worried about though, if you do not attain the tonnage set. In fact, most of the missions' objectives in the game matter little, so long as you sink ships. Most of the objectives are worth at most 300 points, with a certain percentage only worth 100 or less, depending upon the mission assignment... :salute:

hi guys, the problem has been fixed apparently i kept sinking a lot of merchant shipping but it didnt count so i kinda went bored and plotted a course to truk itself and sank a japanese sub anchored in there, turns out sinking the sub counted the objective as complete but i will keep in mind the tonnage needed to sink next patrol(sank a total of 68,756 GRT this patrol!)
