Do these mods exist?

As an old geezer my memory is failing :wah: But I THINK there was a mod that allowed you to use newer German subs at the beginning of the war. It's great for "what if" games. Anyone know if this mod exists, or am I mistaken?

Also looking for a mod (may or may not exist) or instructions on changing of your Renown levels.
