I found this Ship (CA York aka 'York class heavy cruiser') from an early thread, only thing is the sil.tga (picture for the recognition manual) is not complete https://i.gyazo.com/118abcfa47aaaa4e93f9356bf5b70da3.png. I was wondering if there was anyone out there that would be so kind as to finish it using whatever program to create the other angles of the ship. I plan to add it to the MFM 3.3 lite Onealex version (soon to be called 'Community units addon for Onealex mod').

I don't know how talented you are at this sort of thing, but DanielCoffy over in the SH4 threads made a tutorial of sorts for building sil files. His web site repository seems to have some issues, but if you copy his link and just use the "root" just above the original link, you should be able to "see" his files there, and can download his pdf file of the tutorial. I have not tried to do it yet myself, but I was able to follow along with what he was talking about, which is no mean feat for me... There was also one of the SH3 fellows on here just not too long ago that was doing sils, but I cannot find the thread(s??) just now...

well... I would have thought there was a pdf made... with pictures for dimwits like me with the attention span of a toothpick - but I can't find it, in spite of Jeff's hand-holding attempts... maybe it was a dream. DanielCoffey's third post in his thread though, is a "tutorial" of sorts, but without pictures - some of the pictures I remember seeing are on his site linked to there by Jeff though:
