Not a bus.. smaller. A car.
I looked up "coach", the definition goes from car to bus, railway car, wagon, a body (mounted on a chassis), or a horse-drawn coach.
It bears some reminiscence to a horse-drawn coach but as said before has its own engine.

The Zagato "Zele", an electric mini car also produced in the US under the name "Elcar".
https://www.designboom.com/technology/zagato-zele-1974-auction-09-03-2018/
"The Zagato Zele 1000, 1500, 2000 (sold in the United States as the Elcar) was an electric microcar with a fiberglass body manufactured by the Italian design company Zagato.
Produced 1974–1976, the Zele was an unusual departure from Zagato's famous designs, which had long been known for their beauty and performance. The Zele, however, was high, square cornered and had a low top speed.
They were produced in 7 colors (Orange-red, Brown, Dark blue, Pastel blue, White, Green and metal flake Blue) and the chassis and suspension were derived from the Fiat 500 and Fiat 124.
The 1000, 1500, and 2000 stands for the wattage of the motors respectively. Approximately 500 were made."
The car depicted is even a real "1000", as exhibited in the "PS-Speicher" depots at Einbeck.

The car is a model car, and it looks like a Volvo, probably a 760. So I guess it's a model world, very likely somewhere in Sweden, and if I had to wager a guess I'd say Göteborg/Gothenburg, where Volvo cars are produced.

I don't know the car model, so I will only say it is not Sweden.
