I think this should count. Catfish's picture shows the "Konservenknilch", the tin can schmuck.
Raumpatrouille was a great series, even though it had a low budget (irons, watertaps and wahing mashine controls as props) and ended after only seven episodes.

@Jim the TV series was sometimes also called Raumpatrouille Orion for the name of the "Raumkreuzer" being used, but the picture is not from the Orion.

Eichörnchen got it! Yes, your picture is one of the robots that ran amok due to re-programming.
Over to Eichhörnchen :salute:
Thanks Ostfriese for posting the original picture I used :)
Raumpatrouille was also aired in France. Had the series been broadcasted in full colour, it would have been a good competition for Startrek, whose scenery mostly took place in a plush living room. The whole Startrek background created by Gene Roddenberry was however much more modern and advanced, with a very scientific and humanistic touch, an 'alien' Spock as first officer and a female Uhura as the communications officer.
In Raumpatrouille there was an "Amt fuer Weltraumfragen" :haha:

It's actually the predecessor, the C/61 field cannon, but they are closely related. Both guns together formed the bulk of Prussian artillery during the 1860s and proved themselves vastly superior to anything the French could field during the Franco-Prussian war of 1870-1871.
