I had to mail in some authorization forms to my pharmacy and for some reason it had to be hard copy mailed.

So I printed out the forms and put them in an envelope. Since there were only about 4 pieces of paper, I used one of the "forever" stamps.

It was postmarked 22 March.

Today, 20 April, it was returned as needing more postage.

Why would it take almost one month for them to figure out they can't deliver it???

Really, a month to determine that an envelope did not have enough postage???

Discussions are in the works for the USPS to become privatized. Their costs have skyrocketed and yet, they are are very inefficient and lax in their procedures.

Royal mail usually hold the letter and the person the other end paid the difference, I used to moan about them but from what I am seeing with USPS and Canada post I wont again.
