I may not be the first to post this, but I bet I'm the happiest!!

Win 11.
Installed GWX3 Gold
SH3 Commander
GWX 3 SH3 Commandercfg
And there she blows.
True, I've not yet activated the various bits and pieces with JSGME, but I've spent all of my day off (from 8.30am until now 7:13pm) installing and uninstalling many times. Many reboots, many false starts and now I have it.
I just wanted Win 11 owners to know it's possible, without Compatibility settings too.
Cheers Guys :Kaleun_Cheers:

Windows XP and working fine!! :yep:
:haha:

good old XP. Was a fun, but when I changed to 7, I did like it better. Never had any virus or any thing entering.

I now have windows 11 on the new rig, after managing to get the sh series working, all fine.

So, how does everyone that's using Windows 11 like it ? I use Windows 10 for anything online while still using a few units with Windows XP and 7 for editing work. The Windows 10 units had a Windows 7 classic shell in them to enhance user interface.

Good to see I'm not the only caveman here, Reece. :D

I am not disliking Win 11, but I used 10 at work and if I would choose, it would be 10. The 11 on my new pc is because the new CPU from intel have specifics or something like that, that only be at 100% of performance, with windows 11.
That's why I got Windows 11 on the new PC. It has some silliness, of course.

My flatbed scanner is a old epson 4990 photo. I install the drivers and etc, and it works fine. If I reboot or shutdown the PC, in the next boot, Windows 11 will not recognize the scanner drives - like there is noting there. A problem that users of this old hardware notice and exposed to microsoft.

SO every time I need to use the scanner I have to install the drivers.

Solution: using other softwares or (what I discover), switch the scanner on before turning on the PC and presto.
