When exporting HUD3 database (H3ANW3111a) with Reimer Editor Database it says when Writing Platform Extras Annex:

Spanish: Se ha producido el error 3441 en tiempo de ejecución. El separador de campos de la especificación de archivo de texto coincide con el separador decimal o el delimitador de texto.

English: Runtime error 3441 occurred. Text file specification field separator matches decimal separator or text delimiter.

So I can't export database.

Can anybody help me?

If you can, send me:

1) original version of the Reimer Editor (unaltered)
You may need to back-up your game and then re-install to get a pristine copy of the Editor

2) Reimer Editor (after you imported the HUD3 into it)
This should be the version from which you currently cannot export

Lots of questions:

a) Did the editor ever work at any point?
b) Does the problem exist for all other database versions? i.e. PlayersDB, OriginalDB
c) Any problems with the original Import command for HUD3?
d) It appears as though your first language is Spanish and not English. Is this correct?
Are you running the Editor via translator program?
I have encountered problems in other games with translation difficulties. One game would hiccup when the player was using a non-English default for Windows. I think that the translator had difficulty interpreting some of the punctuation.
e) are you able to use any of the other DB functions? i.e. can you import or export individual annexes one at a time?

I am uncertain as to the exact cause of your problems, but I vaguely remember encountering similar error reports in the past. I cannot recall how I solved them.

IMO, the best place to start is with a fresh/clean Editor.
1) Make a copy and then use the copy
2) Work one step at a time and check function immediately until we can find the procedure that causes the problem
3) List all the steps you take to replicate the problem
4) Try with other Databases to see if the problem is systemic or only HUD3
5) List the exact changes/modifications you made to the DB after you import into the Editor
