The Oscars have been garbage because so many times they have given the award to something which clearly had a superior competitor, for example:

The Sound of Music winning Best Picture over Doctor Zhivago
Oliver winning over 2001: A Space Odyssey
Shakespeare In Love winning over Saving Private Ryan

And the documentary category has always sucked. You can pretty much spot what is going to win by the subject matter, not how good the documentary is.

I have watched to Hell an Back more than one time. Audie was the most decorated soldier of his time. Today i can not imagine. They have done a good job of scrubbing Audie along with Sgt.York from the local library.Along with Huck Finn,Robinson Crusoe even Old Yeller. Yes how is the new america any different than late 1930's Germany. Oh nothing against you Germans. it's a time point, a beginning to and end. America started its journey on November 4, 2008 and if there is any one left past 2022 they can write the end to America.

I have watched to Hell an Back more than one time. Audie was the most decorated soldier of his time. Today i can not imagine. They have done a good job of scrubbing Audie along with Sgt.York from the local library.Along with Huck Finn,Robinson Crusoe even Old Yeller. Yes how is the new america any different than late 1930's Germany. Oh nothing against you Germans. it's a time point, a beginning to and end. America started its journey on November 4, 2008 and if there is any one left past 2022 they can write the end to America.

Well, well, well. Books can be full of all kinds of dangerous words and stuff so it's simply better to keep people uneducated. Of course, I must be a dangerous member of some intelligensia by simply owning books, even a first edition of Gone With the Wind.

You can't stop progress, but you can slow it down, and every new generation will have it's new (even if sometimes old) ideas on how the world should work. Dwelling in the past leads to stagnation but some people try pretty hard to just that.

Sorry there les green, I'm no boy who call's wolf, I live now in an area that was rural. It is now an expanding metropolitan area that gobbles up people and acreage and along with that comes change.And this new change, well fire up that old Ford come into the new Metropolis and see what they have in the new progressive library for yourself. And bring the old M1911 with you,there's a damn good chance you might need it to get that old Ford back home.

Ok les,I was told by an uncle of mine there is two ways to slap a person. The open hand girl slap and the Marine slap which requires you to angle your hand so that the lower meatier part of your hand hit's with Authority.And that's the only two slaps i know.
