Green coloured crew

hi Using Macbook air M1, steam download, Parallels and Windows 11. All seems ok except crew are all green! Any ideas?

More than likely related to shadows, ala this (https://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=145583&highlight=green+crew) thread. But running it on an Apple could be causing problems too.
