Post your mod list. If it includes H.sie's mod, it is because it was not installed correctly.

I assume this is on a base GWX install ? Numbers 1,2,4 and 6 should not be installed until the time frame and/or area they are needed in.
See the GWX manual for details.
I don't know if that is the cause of your message problems; nothing listed stands out for that.
But it needs to be fixed regardless; note the merged campaign mod is being overwritten by another mod, i.e.

I did a clean re-install of the game, and now it looks like that.

I followed the install order which is listed in description of Wolfpack345's videos.

However I didn't test it yet.

If that test doesn't work do the following.
The only two mods you have that affect messages are the ARB and English mods.
Again, are you running base GWX ?
If so, I'd remove all the mods and see if the messages work in that.
If so, apply each mod ONE AT A TIME, each time testing and checking the messages.
When they quit working correctly, you'll then know where the problem is.

Almost all your mods are part of and only work with an install of GWX 3.0.
If you're applying them without that installed first, there is your problem.
For now do this:
- remove every mod you have applied. I hope you're using JSGME ? Let me know if you are or not. Judging by your mod list you are, but let me know anyway.
- run the stock game and check the messages. If they work,....
- install GWX 3.0 and do the same.
If they work with GWX 3.0 post that here. Do not install any other mods until you've reached this step.

I installed GWX 3.0 with an .exe file downloaded from official GWX internet page.

And yes I am using JSGME, those screens are from it.

Now I will check stock game and then GWX, as you said.

Apply the mods you want one at a time, testing after each one. See the GWX manual for info. on it's mods.
Note my earlier info about game time lines/areas required for some of the mods you're using.
If you want to copy that other guy's list, you need to play the game in the time line/area requirements those mods require.

I'm a frequent user of "GWX Alternate Flotillias". With that activated (almost last) I receive blanks too, but just for my boat. I usefully don't mind because all other messages come through. This post reminded me to bump that mod up a few places, ahead of the "Supplement to H.Sie" and "DFa-Flag&Pens 2010". "GWX Alternate Flotillas" overwrites stuff here. I don't think that your issue ... but maybe worth looking in to. Jerry CA45

Thanks Doolar. Yes, in general H.sie's mod should be last in a mod list.

I tried altering my mods to no avail, until I ran my games both single and career with the CAPS key on my keyboard not engaged, then everything was fine, no more blank messages! Try playing GWX AND MAKE SURE CAPS KEY IS OFF.

by CAPS KEY I meant Caps Lock. I think the latest HSIE.s Mod may have to do with this. Don't run GWX with Caps Lock ON.
