increase the accuracy of the map tools?

Hello,

Is there a mod to increase the accuracy of distances when using the map tools?
They are basically not accurate at all (from 50 to 50).

However, I need accuracy to be able to use this method to determine the heading and speed of a target:

You need more decimal places in the read out?
One MIGHT be able to change that setting based off of patches for SH3.

Yes, I know that the GWX mod provides much more accurate measurements.
After that, I don't know enough to know which file corresponds to this parameter...
