I am back into SH4. Using the Steam version, what is the best of the big Mods for the Steam Version?

1.4? You don't have U-Boat Missions?
There are a few which come to mind - TMO, RFB. But I'm not sure if 1.4 compliant versions are available, and even if they are development was stopped long ago in favour of 1.5.
As to which mod, I think it all boils down to personal preference. There is no "best" mod per se, just the one that best fits your playing style.

Looking at my Steam library I see the Silent Hunter 4 U-boat missions there...so installing that as I believe that is the most recent version for the mods the great developers have done.
