WideGui map lagging?

For some reason everytime I look on the map and I want to move it, it lags the game. Also if I would to move the map too fast on too big zoom out, the game would CTD.
I think this might be due to the installation path, and speaking of the installation path, should I make it be in the CD version [C:/Ubisoft etc.]?

Hi kacpro090 install SH3 Outside Program Files X86 just on drive C:/or on a second drive.
is your cd version of SH3 the Original release from 2005 with the Starforce Protection on the dvd if so you would need to remove Starforce software or i can send you a download link to my SH3 Revival install that i zipped up using 7zip

Im using steam version, since it was the easiest way for me to get it, but I will try to get it outside of the program files.

BTW SH3 is now classed as abandonware by ubisoft as per Onkel Neal Stevens Telephone call with CEO of Ubisoft when LSH-2020 was released

what mods have you installed if you have mod soup i would deactivate them all then reactive them one at a time and run a test and then you will find out was causing the problem or if post your mod list i other Subsim oldsalts may be able to help you

Hi Again i think i read somewhere that the ARB Wide Gui 1920 x 1080 and the ARB Wide Gui Fix need tobe activated last in the JSGME
also raptor uniforms having both maybe a problem but im not a 100% sure on i dont use those mods.
but now your mod list is posted others can see it too the community will fix your issue im sure of that we are a brotherhood at Subsim like the waltons but on a bigger scale.
