Hello fellow Kaleuns!
I started a new career running GWX. I'll include a screenshot of the default GWX mods that I have activated. Every time the weather turns to "overcast" or "heavy precipitation" (so basically heavy storms or conditions where it's dark and cloudy with lightning) a large circle appears directly overhead in the sky, but all around me on the horizon the weather appears clear. The game still runs as though weather and visibility are bad, but I can see clearly along the entire horizon. In the circle overhead, the sky appears correctly, but everywhere else it's bugged.

Has anyone experienced similar issues?
My monitor's default resolution is 1920x1080. I've had this problem very rarely in the past, but with this new career in 1942 out of Bergen (11th Flotilla), it literally happens every patrol. Very immersion-breaking :(
Happy hunting and thanks in advance!
