Does Maccas do Birthday Parties in the US like they do in Australia???

Down here the manager gets dressed up as Ronald Macdonald and is the host.

At my local Maccas the manager's a BIG Chinese guy 6' 4" and about 20 stone, he'd flatten anyone, and he's actually a good mate :)
