Since yesterday I have way lower FPS than I used to before. Nothing changed on my end, it just suddenly happend the next day. There was no driver update or any other update. I have a pretty high end pc, so it isn't my pc being a potatoe that is causing these FPS. Anynone knows a way to fix this?

I have 30 FPS fixed via NVIDIA Inspector. Why do you need more than 25-40 FPS?

Well if you changed nothing in options and mods, and the lower framerate persists regardless of whether there are many ships/planes around, I'd say time to check up on your hardware rather than the game. Might be throttling down due to overheating for example.

If you're on laptop with dedicated and integrated chipsets it's also worth checking if your system didn't switch to integrated for some reason.

Check with some other games as well, if they're also slowing down - definitely hardware issue.
