To those skippers who are in the process of developing their U-Boat libraries I would like to recommend a book that may put the cherry on top.
"A Game of Birds and Wolves." by Simon Parkin.
A story of a crippled skipper put out to pasture in 1938, who, later was called back by W.Churchill to put together of small group of RN Wrens to make a UBoat board game. Their efforts changed the Battle of the Atlantic.
