Its sometimes easier to start from scratch may sure all the paths are set to the correct directories. I know it a bit of a pain

A couple of easy thinks you can try:

Have you tried changing the resolution ?

Also try changing the DPI settings via SH5.exe properties

You may need to reinstall as a last resort
