Sinking neutrals

Hi guys!

Im on a patrol and given a conflict i've read about using TSSKs aesthetic mod for the subs, I'm not seeing any flags on ships. In light of this I've taken to only sinking unlit ships but i've now sunk 2 neutrals out of 4 ... very frustrating. anyone know if i can rectify this mod/bug in patrol? or do i need to end patrol and do so when in port? im assuming the latter. also, i thought unlit ships were pretty much fair game?

Manged to fix the error by deleting flag.dat from TSSK18/Library yada yada....

doesn't bring the 2 neutrals back to life but it's something at least. :)

Still curious why they weren't lit.
