So, I was using periscope and then noticed that even above the water line the water effect still is here, shaking like it wants to go off.
After re-loading save the same happens

I think it is created by MEP v6 visual sensors for GWX
Mods I use rn (in loading order):

It’s coming from data/library/camera.dat :yep:

So find the last mod activated using a camera.dat (should be ARB) You have to open it with S3D, find FreeCamera node, and delete Effect inside it. Done.
