Modern Sub Mods.

Hey all, just a quick question because I haven't found anything much about it.

Does anyone know if there is any other modern sub mods out there from countries we haven't seen represented yet (or at least plans to implement them)? I'm talking like the French La Redoutable/Triomphant, JMSDF Soryu class, etc.

Was just wondering if anybody knows if these exist or were being worked on, just because it'd be cool to see some more of the modern boats in game at some point, thanks for hitting me up if you know, and happy hunting :salute:

I think you'd have to write a completely new game. Modern torpedoes sensors ect I'm guessing wouldn't be possible with SH4. Perhaps post this in the mods section maybe the modders could elaborate.

There are a few playable modern sub mods in the Downloads/SH4/Ships section. I've loaded them up before and the exterior models are nice but no interiors to match far as I know, plus being a sim designed for WW II era, difficult to gain immersion. The modern sensors, weapons etc are not available as SH 4 is a WW 2 sim.
