Steam says that the game is running, but the game doesn't start up at all. I don't know what's going on. Please help me! Task Manager also says that the game is running, but it hasn't popped up in Window or anything. I've reinstalled Steam, moved it to another folder, and uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times, but there's no change. Can someone please help me out here? I just want to play the game!

Have you tried to set the proprieties of the sh4.exe file in Compatibility/Change high DPI Settings and check "Override high DPI scaling?

Have you downloaded the latest ubisoft connect launcher?

SH4 Scale and layout need be in 100% it does not matter your monitor Display in my case i have a 4K so normally i use 150 % off scale in the game 100% (beware 100% will make your shortcut's look smaller)
