Hi all!

Hoping for some help here since I haven't found anything on the topic googling around. I need more crew. I used to play SH online until they shut it down, but the need for cruising the depths overwhelmed me so now I'm on SH3 GWX + commander which I'm quite new to (about 35 patrols) I've recently upgraded my sub from IIA to VIIB but I can't get out on a mission since I don't have enough sailors nor PO's. It says I should go to barracks which I do but I'm non the wiser. I can't find any info anywhere on how to get more men on board. I thought that I would automatically get enough crew when upgrading.

Solution anyone? If so, I would be extremely grateful. Thanks.

Hi Bleichrodt a Warm Welcome to Subsim when your in the office with the map on the wall look to the left of the map theres a filing cabinate you pick your additional crew there Sir also you can give your officers more qualifications and change their names in the Commander mod so your officers can have two plus qualifictions

Screenies from LSH2020 but Office Crew Roster Screen similar in GWX

Thanks a lot, you made my day even though I didn't understand exactly what to do at first but eventually I found out that I could double-click on a "crewman in base" alternatively drag them to an empty slot to get them on board. I never really noticed that it said "crewman in base" tbh. I just assumed that those men were my actual crew that I already had. I wasn't patient attention, simple as that. I'm a happy and grateful captain now. 👍
