SH3 Refusing to Run

As I mentioned on the 'What Are You Up To' thread earlier this month, I lost my old copy of Silent Hunter III and had to purchase a new one.

Issue with that, though. I've installed, yet when trying to run the game, I receive a pop-up saying 'This application can be launched with a release version of Microsoft Windows 95/OSR2.1/98/ME/NT 4.0/2000/XP/Server 2003 only.' I've attempted to run in compatibility mode all the way back to Windows 95 to no effect.

Perhaps someone else has experienced this before? I'm running on Windows 10, though my older computer had the same and had no such issues running SH3.

Ahoy Kaplt.Endrass I can send two copies of SH3 (so you have a backup) already patched to 1.4 and no starforce protection on the dvd also once installed you dont need the dvd in your drive.
