Interesting idea. Flying along manned fighters in a support roll of sorts.

The planned next generation fighter by the Europeans, to be developed by Germany, probably France and others they hope :haha:, should have that capacity, too: one manned boss plane and several unmanned drones accompanying it.

I am certain others plan the same.

Hopefully Germany will be more successful keeping them flying than they currently do :)
