changing from steam to electric torpedoes

Hi, I'm at a loss how to change my torpedoes from steam to electric. While I am in base I clicked on uboat then torpedoes and i saw 80 steam and 20 electric torpedoes available. I tried dragging one of the electric ones to one of my currently equipped steam but that didn't work. I can't figure out how to do this.

Ok, that outta the way, soooo... you wanna go from having steam torps to electric eels, hmm... :hmmm:

Well..
in the left hand menu, showing you what torps are available to chose from...

It is a simple matter to double left click there, on the torp that you want... that is, after highlighting the area of storage on your sub, in the top area view, in the torp selection screen.

There is no drag & drop here... :shucks: it is all point & click... :yep:
